250th Parkrun Countdown
I just ran my 200th Parkrun and there are 55 more Parkruns before I turn 40. Can I run my 250th on my 40th birthday?
Today is 29th August 2025 and I’ll be 39 next Friday. Thereafter, there are 55 opportunities to run a Parkrun in the run up to my next birthday, which is on a Saturday.
So, if I miss no more than 5 Parkruns in the next year I could quite possibly run my 250th Parkrun on my 40th 🧐.
Whether this will actually happen is doubtful I suppose; I don’t exactly have a good track record of getting up on consecutive Saturday mornings. But right now, well, it’s feasible at least!
Plus, I’ll take any excuse to write some code…
