Video: How to Play Norah Jones – Toes (Guitar Solo)

A little backstory…

Something nice happened this week. I got contacted by someone who saw a video I made a few years ago of the guitar solo from “Toes” by Norah Jones.

I made the video because it’s a beautiful song and an amazing, expressive solo that I wanted to learn.

There aren’t any public tabs out there to help people to learn to play it, and the guy, Harry, that contacted me offered me $20 to teach it to him.

It was a pleasure to remember the solo and write it out. It was only an hour-and-a-half’s work and it didn’t seem right to be paid for it, so I have passed £20 onto Mind UK.

And now it’s written out, I can share the tab with the public community too 🙂 Everybody’s happy. The Internet can be a nice place huh?

If you don’t know the song, or you’re a guitarist and you want a lovely solo to learn, I’d recommend checking it out and having a go.
